Many who leave college with credentials, may not have become professionals or even have a clue on how to act in the working world. We believe that a major part of success deals with the way we present ourselves to the public and Omega Delta provides the platform for our members to achieve the goal of professional succes.

Through programs, conferences, classes, leadership opportunities, networking and personal experiences, our Brothers enter the working world not only with a degree, but also with a sense of professional knowledge, etiquette and ethics.
